ANTIQUE Vtg A&J Dough Blender Wood Handle kitchen Tool USA

This auction is for a very nice dough blender.  My Grandma called these pastry cutters.  The side is stamped AJ Co dough blender USA, to blend flour with shortening.   Excellent condition....still to use.  I believe this is from the 30s??  There are small remnants of red paint under the handle, so I am guessing is had a red handle originally....but I love the natural wood.....please feel free to ask any questions.
