"Quilted" Covers are made with double faced quilted cotton fabric and includes 2 pockets on the cover that can be used for storing the flat attachments, manual or recipes. "Canvas" Covers are made with sturdy duck canvas cotton fabric and includes 2 pockets on the cover that can be used for storing the flat attachments, manual or recipes.
