The teardrop-shaped thumb-hole and angled thumb ring on Geib® Super Gator shears set your hand in a natural position. Because the thumb is not overextended during scissoring, the tension on the hand and wrist is greatly reduced, and scissoring is accomplished with less effort. Calibrated "click-plate" tension dial allows you to customize the tension of the shear. The tension dial "clicks" your settings into place with each turn, so tension will not loosen during scissoring.
