You send your container or your blade to us..We Completely disassemble your troubled blade, clean, polish & lube. Then rebuild it with a modern high performance larger blade.

THIS LISTING IS FOR A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF YOUR STAINLESS STEEL CONTAINERS BLADE ONLY. (please note; this is a basic service to get your container working again with your original bearing base, if you need more parts it will be extra 

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING.

 YOU SEND US YOUR CONTAINER OR BLADE ,WE COMPLETLY DISASEMBLE THE BLADE , STEAM CLEAN, POLISH, LUBE AND RE-ASSEMBEL.

Please note; If your blade is broken or the socket is stripped then you will need a different service which is a modern upgrade rebuild (item # 223439708897) OR A REBUILT BLADE THAT YOU INSTALL WITH EASY INSTRUCTIONS (item # 224013298652 )

The stainless steel containers in the picture is NOT INCLUDED. The blade parts are not included we only rebuild your UNBROKEN parts so that your blade performs like it was new)

This rebuild is for your existing parts, if you need more parts they will be extra if we have them in stock. Please keep in mind all parts have not been manufactured since the 70's and will be used, refurbished and in great shape. 

THIS IS WHAT WE DO;

You send us your container, we will completely disassemble the blade, steam clean, polish, lube and assemble it with a brand NEW MODERN HIGH PERFORMANCE SHARPENED 1 PIECE KNIFE BLADE, then install it back into your container (unless you send us your blade only). We will stress test and check for leaks then return it to you. We will use our base to test it so you will not need to send us your base motor, only send us the stainless steel container with your action dome ( to be used for final testing). With the blade rebuild your container will preform 5 TIMES BETTER than it did when it was new. If you want all new parts the will need a different rebuild.

The time frame for this rebuild is 3-5 days for the service. Shipping back to you is 3-7 days. The sooner you send your container or blade to us, the sooner you get it back.

PLEASE NOTE; 

VITAMIX DOES NOT SELL REPLACEMENT BLADES, for the 4000/3600  series. There are NO BLADES available since they have not made them since the 1970's-80's.
