The way the Vitamix 750 was shipped to me from Vitamix is the way you will receive the item. I sent my daughter a Vitamix 750 and I used it over the Thanksgiving holiday...like the video above, it seemed like the unit was new. My daughter felt it was new when she removed it from the box directly shipped to her from Vitamix. In my opinion, the Vitamix 780(retired...it is basically a 750 with a touchpad and is the one I use) and the 750 are the best Vitamix machines with features included when compared to the Vitamix 7500, E320, E310, 5300, 5200, A3500, A3300, A2500, A2300, and V1200.
